About Me

I’m a mortgage broker, rental property investor, and rental property focused bookkeeper with a practical understanding of how financing, cash flow, taxes, and long-term planning connect.

I’ve owned rental properties since 2005 and operated my bookkeeping business since 2007. This experience helps me understand the numbers behind real estate decisions and the challenges property owners face throughout the life of an investment.

As a mortgage broker with Dominion Lending Centres National, I help homebuyers, homeowners, and rental property owners understand their financing options and make informed decisions. My approach is straightforward and practical: understand the complete financial picture, explain the available options clearly, and help each client choose a solution that supports their goals.

Based in Coquitlam, BC, I assist clients in British Columbia and Alberta.
